We had an inspiring time together with Jan Winhall presenting, Revolutionizing Trauma and Addiction Treatment with the Felt Sense Polyvagal Model™. It was interesting to hear about the dual influences of Gene Gendlin’s Focusing on Jan’s clinical work, followed by her learning about Stephen Porges’ Polyvagal Theory. Jan’s presentation was filled with illuminating visual images depicting her Felt Sense Polyvagal Model™, along with an engaging mini-lecture, experiential exercise, sharing, and Q+A.
A couple highlights from participants:
What did you enjoy most about the presentation? "The way she illustrated the ideas and concepts really helped with my learning process, thank you"
"As a therapist, it was truly a captivating presentation by Jan Winhall that gave fresh perspective and insight into the world of treating trauma. I loved the interactive format!"
